Outpatient Program (OP)
Future made for dreamers, believers, and doers.
Oftentimes, recovering addicts will enroll in our outpatient treatment after completing our Day Treatment and IOP programs as part of their ongoing recovery. Our OP program at a minimum consists of one night per week of clinical therapy.
The goal of OP is to collaborate and engage the patient into their personal recovery community. This phase focuses on interpersonal communication and healthy integration back into everyday living.
- Family Services
Patients are encouraged to sign waiver upon admission to include family in treatment, communication, and program activities.
- 12 Step Meetings
Many people in outpatient programs join twelve-step groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous to cultivate a healthy sober network.
Sessions at outpatient programs focus on substance abuse education, individual and group counseling and addiction coping strategies. Outpatient rehab works as a strong option for those looking for a more long-term treatment regimen.
Cultivating A Support Network In OP
An essential part of succeeding in an outpatient program is to develop a strong social support network. Since most people in outpatient programs have regained a lot of independence, it is important that they avoid the triggers and temptations that may surround them. Surround yourself with people who are positive influences on your recovery instead of those detrimental towards it.
