Admissions

Treatment Phases
Our Outpatient Rehab Program, has four phases of treatment. The four phases are PHP, IOP5, IOP3 and OP. During the prescreening process, the assessment conducted by a clinician will determine which phase of treatment you will be required to begin with. Once you have completed your phases, you will be able to graduate from the program.
